Our Geek Family Feeds at Walker Stalker Con with Carl from The Walking Dead

As a family of cosplayers, we can’t get enough of our post-apocalyptic Zombie adventures. Here we are at the Walker Stalker Con as the Zombie Response Team. I enjoyed dragging my Zombified son around on a neck chain while he scared the hell out of people trying to grab them and eat them! It was a lot of fun together and despite the eerie nature of people enjoying the brain eating undead, we couldn’t help but play the part and the fans couldn’t get enough of us. I don’t know about you, but Zombies are a bit camera shy so every time someone wanted a photo, my son would try to eat them.

COSPLAYING IT UP

Getting ready for the con was just as fun as portraying the part. Here we are helping each other out. Zombies need special attention so my son, Alex, had three of us working on him. The glue for the dead skin wasn’t the greatest, it didnt stick well enough and stuff just kept falling off but in the long run, that’s what Zombie skin does I guess HAHA!

We Were Saved by Carl from the Walking Dead

The best part was meeting Chandler Riggs (Carl from The Walking Dead). He loved our cosplay and the photo turned out great! This was definitely worth the cosplay.
